Returns & Exchanges

At KANE Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your preferred outcome.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

• 3.
  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original KANE box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the new label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
